RAZR M won't download anything

I have a RAZR M.I.A. it won't download any new apps. I took it to the Verizon store and they were zero help! Its connected and decent enough signal, I just can't get anything to go past the initializing of the apps.

Mine was doing the same thing. I had to factory reset and it worked after that. Does your play store keep force closing?
