razr is toltally dead-will not power on, charge, or go onto recovery.

flashed BW ICS build36 rom a week ago-phone has been working fine since. last i checked it, razr was at 47% battery strength. just went to use it and it is totally off and will not power up. tried booting into recovery by pressing POWER BUTTON AND UP/DOWN VOLUME BUTTONS TOGETHER and nothing.
anyone know how i can get this "POS" flashed back to stock so i can tack it back to VZW????
