    Hello,
Have a non-rooted OEM Droid RAZR. After installing the last update the phone was locked in an endless loop of rebooting itself. Got the phone to boot into safe mode and was able to return to factory default and all was well. Today the volume was really low and attempted to turn up the volume but the phone didn't respond to the volume button presses. Upon rebooting the phone we get the following error:

    AP Fastboot Flash Mode (S)
    0A.77
    eMMC Info: Size 16G
To return to normal mode - first press power key to power down
Device is LOCKED. Status Code: 0

    Battery OK
    OK to Program
    Connect USB
    Data Cable

Going into boot selection mode gives a list of boot options but we cannot move the selection because the phone is once again not responding to the volume buttons and eventually boots itself into safe mode. In safe mode we attempt to do the reset and when the phone reboots again it just gives us the error above again. Any help would be appreciated.
    Thanks!
