RAZR Backup Question

My RAZR randomly shuts off and I think it might be a program I installed from the market. A hard reset may be in order. Phone not rooted. Is there any app that will back up my programs and the data like Titanium for rooted devices? I really don't want to have to set up my apps again.

A hard reset (power button + volume down button) should not erase any apps or setup of your home screen. A factory reset will.

My definition of a hard reset is back to factory new so that's what I meant. When my phone shuts down only the power+volume down brings it back.
