Raxr Maxx boots to fastboot

Simply put.. I accidently installed CM10 in the stock ROM slot in safe strap, which is 4.2.2. We know that didn't work. After going back to stock 4.1.2 my phone boots to fast boot whenever I reboot. How can I fix this?
