Random restarts after power-off

Been having problems with my phone randomly restarting after being powered off. Just happened tonight, phone had been powered off for almost a half hour sitting on a flat surface and started up all on its own. This has happened half a dozen times in the last 3 weeks. Anybody else having this happen, if so any fixes. Thanks

I don't know of any fixes, but I've had it happen to me.

Before the OTA, it would just happen anywhere. Moving my apps from Media Area to Phone and turning off the bugged In-Pocket Detection made it happen less (of course this is probably placebo).

After the OTA, it happens at times when I turn the phone off in an area that I get a particularly weak signal. After testing In-Pocket dectection (and having it fail every time) the spontaneous reboots become more frequent in those areas (generally on the outskirts of my city).
