Go to contacts>menu>display options and select each account and then make sure all the boxes are checked for each account.
Also possible some contacts were merged rather than deleted. If 2 contacts have the same name, phone number, or email address then the droid will merge them without asking you.
Otherwise, no, I haven't had any issues with random deletions.
My whole contact list and call log has been deleted twice within the past month and a half. Luckily I am able to import my contacts from my sd card but anytime after that when I try too add a new contact it will not show with my main contacts, you can only find them by searching. And it has combined two different profiles together, mixing up the numbers. It has become very annoying!
YES !!!!! This is driving me crazy ! I have entered one particular contact FIVE times and within a few days....POOF!!, .....gone! Sometimes only a few hours later it's gone.
