Maybe he was talking about a few phones as testers and not so much people testers. They come a little later.

I will get to it over the weekend, most likely sunday night. My friend is coming by with her D1 so I have a phone to test with. It is a ***** to build without a device in hand.

So how do you guys want it? Like my D2 theme for D1 but with the stars wars extras?

All the extras would be great, A Droid 1 clone of the R2D2 droid 2 would be awesome. If that is even possible. But anything close would be great
    Thanks

I'm with icci... I'd rather a theme be put out that could be ported to all ROM's. Just wish I could use photoshop...

But a ROM might be nice too...

If it just the extras then really do not need a whole ROM. It is just some wallpapers, sounds, live wallpapers and some cheesy apps. There is now way Blur will run on the D1 without lots of work.

This file Star Wars Extras.zip - *********** - online file sharing and storage - download has everything in there. You can use it as an update.zip from recovery. It will place sounds and live wallpapers in proper folders and then the static wallpapers will be placed on the SD Card in a folder called Star Wars wallpapers or something else. I believe the star wars apps are in there too. There is a large video file in the media folder so you may want to get rid of that before installing it on a D1, just open the zip file with WinRAR, delete what you dont want and then just close WinRAR, no need to save the file, it will save it for you without breaking the install signature.

With the above zip and my D2 theme for D1 then it will be pretty close to R2-D2. Remember to set the sounds if you want them eneabled.

I stumbled here hoping that I would find someone who had ported the R2D2 lockscreen (in a whole theme, that would be great) to the D1... I can't -seem to find the right files in framework-res to replace with the d2 ones. I like your D2 theme as well... any chance it works on BB 0.5?

The lockscreen is a ***** to port over. It is a different setup so you either make graphics from scratch or rig it up some how. I was in the middle of doing that for the D2 theme but then I actually got a D2 and sold the D1 to get some of the cost back for the D2 :)

No it is just for OEM ROMs.
