I already sort of posted about this in the R2D2 thread, but it's more of a general advice thing.
After several months of going from losing touch screen-ness in the right quarter, then third, and now half of my r2d2's screen I am now forced to repair it (or get it repaired).
So question 1: Is saving 100 bucks worth replacing it myself? I'm technically capable, but it looks kind of complicated. What say you that have done it?
Question 2: Is the r2d2 digitizer the same as the regular droid 2 one just with fancy graphics?
