1If i get the galaxy nexus and the battery life turns out to be terrible, can i always just contact verizon within the 14 days and tell them and get my money back or does it have to be legitimately a faulty device to use that policy?

heres a more basic version of the 1st question- is it a Risk-Free 14 day return for the galaxy nexus

2Also, if i get the phone online, and i have to mail back the phone, i will have to mail the phone back. if it arrives their on the 15th day but i sent it on the 13th day, will verizon decline the return?

Verizon policy is 14 days FOR ANY REASON YOU WANT TO RETURN...

ANY REASON!

Just be prepared to pay a $35.00 restocking fee...

Verizon will allow return as long as you can show date mailed...

Sent from my Droid using DroidForums
