Questions about the built in task manager

I did something wrong with the built in task manager ( had it automatically close apps when my screen close and I couldn't figure it out.. So I used the built in un-installer for root and I got rid of it.. Is this going to cause more problems for me or will I be okay with out? I noticed it was leaving Angry birds and other apps that I hadn't touched were open.. I was confused.

You are fine to delete it. That task manager is the just one made by motorola and put it just because....lol
