    If I was to do a factory data reset and stuff to install a custom ROM would I need to pay verizon to re activate my phone? Any fees? Or can I just call, put in information and its activated?

    with a factory reset, you shouldnt have to reactivate again.

    even if you do, its just a simple call thats free.
