I have never flashed radios and want to flash to the newest but have a question.. HOW? I searched and found nothing from the thunderbolt forums. I have downloaded them to my laptop just need a DIY on flashing. Thank you! I realize this is an elementary thing, but I can't find instructions anywhere?!

Why do you want to flash it in the first place? It's quite easy to do, though, so you should have no problems.
