Ok I'm pretty new to running scripts (only tried it a couple of times, and never had any of them work) When I try to run the custom scripts for Amazon MP3 via terminal emulator it will come up with:

    mount: Operation not permitted
    **System mounted as Read-write**
rm failed for /system/app/com.amazon.mp3.apk, Read-only file system
    [1] Killed om uninstall com...
    **Amazon MP3 Removed**

but the Amazon MP3 icon is still in the app drawer. What am I doing wrong? Do I need to make the system read-write first? how do I do that?

    thanks

    Jay

You need to be super user to remount the system partition... looks like you're not typing 'su' then pressing return before you run the scripts: 'mount: Operation not permitted'
