I'm curios why depending on where I'm at, the 4G icon is sometimes blue; sometimes white. Whats up?

Blue means you have data service. White means you don't have data services and will have to wait till it turns blue.... I know it sucks and we all just have to wait until Verizon fixes this LTE problem

In theory, White means data available while Blue means connected to the Google servers. You can still have a connection with just white (at least I have). If you turn on WiFi you may see the 4G (or 3G) icon go white.
