Plug the droid into the computer, install the necessary drivers, mount the sdcard (in notification bar of droid), navigate to the droid on your pc, probably something like start>computer>removable drive, double click on that and it will show the contents of your sdcard, make a folder called music and drag and drop your music into it, unmount the sdcard(again in the notification bar) and you should be done, you also might want to reboot one time at the end just for good measure

Thats definitely how its done...you need to leave your Music app up for a while to read it all.

It's super easy, I don't know how anybody could screw it up.

Mount your Droid to your computer. Open the MicroSD card folder. Load music. Unmount. Voila!

Yea this is pretty easy. You mount it, then drag your music folder over. There is no easier way to explain it. Make sure you wait for the fils to copy. If you just drag em over then unplug you aren't giving it time to copy.

I don't think anyone would make a video. too easy

several people have told you how to do this....

step one. download and install USB Driver USB and PC Charging Drivers - Motorola USA

Step Two: Plug USB cable into phone and computer
step three: pull down your notification bar on your DROID by touching it and swiping your finger down.

step three: Click USB copy/transfer files
    step four: Mount USB
Step Five: wait for windows to pop up asking what you want to do, OR open your windows explorer(wait you don't know what that is or dont know how?) click start button, click my computer> find droid as a device> double click on droid
step six: right click and make new folder called Music or what ever you want to call it
step seven: drag and drop OR copy and paste music into new folder you made.

if you can't follow this directions there is no hope for you.

if you have ever used itunes, there is a program similar called DoubleTwist that lets you drag and drop music, pictures, and video.

If it is not working by plugging into your computer I can only think of a couple things you have done wrong. When you plug it in, you need to click on the notification tab at top of your screen. It will say USB Connection (or something like that). Select mount. Chances are your computer will give you a pop up window with options just like if you plugged a flash drive (jump drive) into your computer. From there you just drang and drop files. Does not matter if you drag a folder over or not. Now, if you made it that far you need to unplug your usb cable before trying to play music from your Droid. Some do not realize this needs to be done, but when you unplug your cable, the Droid will scan your sd card and look for any changes. You can see this happening in your notification tab. Once it completes, you should be able to play your music files assuming they are a format the Droid can play.

It really is simple. Exactly like using a flash drive....pure drag and drop.

    loading music

What might be the stumbling block is what people mean by "mounting the sd card". After you plug the Droid into the usb port of your pc or laptop, you will notice at the very top line of your Droid screen, where the time, battery charge etc. are shown, there is now an icon for usb. Put your finger on that very top line and pull it down. The selection with the usb icon lets you mount the sd card, so choose that. Now you will see the Droid on Explorer of your pc or laptop.
