Proper way to Update w/ rooted phone

I don't want to screw anything up and i'm not clear on exactly how to update the phone.
I used the one click method to root, installed TBPro to freeze bloatware (did not remove any original apps)
I've de-frosted all apps.... Now What?
Step by Step would be really helpful. Thanks

Update, then use one click to re root. That is all I did.

I took the update while rooted, then just rerooted.Didnt unfreeze any apps.thats how I did it.
