How do you get pictures to look right on here. I tried to upload one and it seems to only show top corner of pic.

Are you speaking of your avatar? It might be the wrong size. Pictures must be 80 by 80 pixels or 39.1 KB (whichever is smaller). For your profile picture, it must be 600 by 600 pixels or 146.5 KB (whichever is smaller).
