Problems with Sync?

Anyone been having issues with Sync lately?

My Gmail has been dropping Sync every so many days. If I turn off sync and then turn it back on it seems to start working agbain for a while, but then it stops again a couple days later...

I tried clearing the data on my gmail... It worked for a few days then started dropping sync again.

I'm starting to wonder if this thing really IS cursed... WTF else can go wrong with this damn phone?

I haven't had this particular issue and definitely sorry to hear that you are...

Are you also dropping data when this occurs?

Nope full data. Just not syncing.

I can also manually sync it just fine... It just forgets to sync itself. (Seems like it might be happening with some of the other Google apps too.)

I was gonna suggest you add the power control widget and when it stops syncing, see if the auto sync icon is off (it is the two arrows rotating in a circle)... you can also easily toggle it on and off as well...
