Problems with evil rom

Does any one have these problems?

1. Hold your finger by the top clock and the screen brightness Changes.

2. The browser keeps force closing?

I'm not currently on the Evil ROM, but when I did run it I didn't have those problems. I always hide the clock in the status/notification bar. For your browser force closing, try settings/applications/manage applications/all/broswer/clear cache and if that doesn't work clear browser data. Back up your bookmarks first, I don't know if browser data will clear bookmarks.
