Problems with Bluetooth

Hello,
I have just gotten my Droid a couple of days ago, I also have a Moto S305 stereo headset. So far I have been unable to find any way to do voice command dialing once the phone and headset have been paired up. Is this possible and if so how do you get the Droid set up to do this. I just switched over from an LG Dare and was able to do that with that phone and also two previous pones before the Dare.

You can't do it with either Droid or Incredible
