Problems With 3G after upgrade to 2.2

Hello all, Ever since I upgraded to the 2.2, I have had problems with the 3G. I have D1 and found that if I update my roaming a couple times it finally kicks in. I am wondering if anyone else has had the same problem after the upgrade to the 2.2 software, FRG22D? Does anyone have alternative solutions to this problem?
