Problems dismissing Alarm on Eris Android 2.1

Has anyone else had problems dismissing alarms on the Eris after getting Android 2.1?

When the alarm sounds and I drag the "Arch" down to unlock the phone, it ends up snoozing the alarm instead of dismissing the alarm like it did in Android 1.5. I'm going to try switching the side buttons to dismiss and see if that's a work around, but has anyone else seen this?

I've had that happen a few times. And also happens if I shut the phone off and back on again. Reminders from the day before will pop. Didn't happen with 1.5.

g
