i was trying to partition my sdcard with minitool wizard and ran into some issues. welll my problem now is that my computer will not recognize or pull up my sdcard when i plug my phone in. in the minitool program it shows my partition was created successfully. im hoping it is a easy fix any suggestions will be appreciated.

    thanks

You can use rom manager to create a swap and ext partition but you need to have cwr to complete the process.

Yes, it's not that hard, you can flash rz's zip file through cwr or even rom manager to get back to that recovery

If your done, just check your total SD card size, if it's less than what it was before, than it was most likely successful.

That sucks and reformatting it with your phone didn't help? Can your phone boot ok without the card (just for testing purposes)?

no formatting sdcard didnt help. yes phone boots fine when sdcard is out of it. im just wondering if i wipe the phone now or something....idk lol all i wanted to do was make a swap partition and use swapper ( recommended by danceswithbongs) for speed performance and its not working. i should have read up a little bit more before trying it.

When you formatted your SD card with your phone, did it complete ok? Were there any errors? I think your phone is ok. You might want to try and reformat your SD card a couple more times. I'm not sure if that would help but it's worth a try.

Try to see if your computer will recognize it yet. If so try formatting it with that but I'm not sure if it would be an NTFS or FAT32 filing system.

Hopefully it works. If not, try to email the dev of that partition wizard app you used and see if he/she can shed some light on what happened. The only problem is, you might not get a response right away.

To be honest, I'm not sure how to get rid of the partition once you have it. I have an ext and swap partition on my phone but haven't formatted it since then.
