When I run RSD and attempt to load a file, the Start button never becomes available. Also, there is no ESN info showing on my phone. I have re-installed the drivers and RSD, which did not help. I went into the "Config/Device" menu and nothing seems to help. Any ideas.

    Thanks in advance,
    Richard

What is the Droid listed as in Device Manager?

    Richard,

The filnames for the files you want to use with RSD can get quite long, and that throws off the 32-bit structure (if you're in 32-bit windows, that is).

Start off by moving the file to your C:\ root and then change the filename to something short. The start button should at least highlight.

I will say that when I flashed my droid, it seemed like it had no information on the device in RSD either, but it does work.

    Thanks!

After moving it to C:\, it loaded right up. Thanks so much.
