Problem with Ringtones

I downloaded a file for Ringtones, Downloaded the Astro Manager, and moved the downloaded file to the Ringtone file.

Now it is not showing up when I go to change the Ringtone in the selection list....


What am I missing???

I found a solution... First I resent the ringtone as an MP3, used ringdroid and Astro to move the file in the Ringtone folder and it showed up in the selection screen...
