Problem with initiating Exchange-based email

    I'm attempting to set up an Exchange-based email account via ActiveSync on my Droid Incredible, and I enter the correct server address and my correct username and password, but it tells me: "Authentication failed. Please verify username and/or password."

    I know I'm entering the correct information. One piece of it I'm not so sure about is what I should put for the domain name; it seems to give me the same answer no matter what I put for the domain name, so I'm not sure if it really matters. I could be wrong though. I've tried multiple variations, but it still won't allow me to proceed.

    Any thoughts?
