Problem when flashing a ROM

I have tried flashing liberty and th3ory multiple times. I have Bionic bootstrapper installed along with rom manager. I wiped my phone and erased the cache. I load the rom from the zip. When I reboot my phone it is stuck on the boot up screen. The phone won't start up unless it is plugged in. It's not that the battery is dead or not functioning. I have tried two separate batteries. Does anyone have any solutions?
