Problem downloading/updating apps?

I've had my bionic for a few weeks now and never had problems until recently. I can't download or update any apps from the market unless im on wifi. I get an error message in the notification bar saying file size requires wifi for download. Why??? I never had this problem until yesterday. Anyone experience this?

It happened to me after I enabled data saver in the battery and data manger section in settings.

Wow thanks...that was the problem. I don't know why i was in data saver mode
