I'm putting it on here just for transparency and if anyone else has issues like this.
At this point I have no idea what to do on this phone, I've worked on it just about every way to Sunday and still no results.
Unfortunately now the battery is dead and the phone will not charge it, and with no external charger or another droid 1 to throw it in, i'm probable going to have to throw in the towel. I confirmed this morning that I have done 13 Droid 1 flashes to Cricket with no problems until this one, which would have been 14. All use the same methods and my other customers are still using theirs happily on the network.
Just goes to show you, every phone has its own way of reacting to changes.
