I can say that I'd like to get my hands on one before I order, just in case, or I may wait to see what the nexus phones are all about. Too many desirable options..

on the move..
Yeah, you might be right. Probably good that I couldn't order one right away...

I'm going to wait for reviews.
Now that the initial excitement is over, I may wait too.

Cooler heads prevailed. I'm not buying it outright. If I get approved for moto credit, I might go for it.

The verge already has a pretty good review up. They're calling it upper middle class & say the camera is much improved, but still behind iPhone, lg, & Samsung.

Samsung I suppose. My friends S6 takes gorgeous pics.

Yes, that is the one thing I absolutely love about my S6, it takes incredible pictures, especially when using HDR. I was hoping the camera on the Pure is at least on par with the S6. But, it is by no means a deal breaker for me. The screen size of the Pure is one of the main draws for me, as I have been wanting to get back into bigger-screened phones after I left my Note 2 for the G2, and then that for the S6, which has a slightly smaller screen than the G2 even.

Torn on picking the 16GB or 32GB. What's everyone else been going with and reasoning?

I haven't bought one yet, however if I was going to get one, which I will eventually, I would get the 32GB. My reasoning is that, $50 additional isn't really enough to break the bank and gives you 16GB more storage, and I have so many spare 16GB microSDs lying around from when phones ALWAYS had microSD cards. So I can just pop one of those old SD cards in and have 48GB of storage, then buy a larger SD card if I should ever need to for pretty cheap later down the road after I have recovered from sinking near $500 into the phone, haha.

32GB. I can slap in an SDcard if I need more. If it didn't have an SDcard, 64GB all the way.

Assuming I get approved for the Moto credit, I'm going with 64 just to make sure it's gonna last me longer than I've stuck with the Note 4's 32. I have like 10GB of app cache. Tapped it to clear ALL & now it's down to 8.

I know Sammy's stuff takes up a decent chunk, but I'd rather have all my app stuff on the phone itself & media on the sd card.

Eh maybe I should opt for 64GB. It's only $50 more.

That's what I'm thinking. My wife already gave me the "you just got THAT phone" look when I told her I was thinking about this, so I should keep the x for longer than about a year.

She's just jealous because she wants a new one, but she doesn't go for the big screens.

I told her she wouldn't feel like she needed glasses if she took my Note. Haha
