Power on button no longer works

The power on / reset button does not work I have to remove the battery to get the phone to reboot anyone elae have the same problem or a suggestion on how to fix this ?????

My power button has been flakey as well, sometimes it just refuses to work. I haven't found a fix though, as I upgraded phones.
