Power control widget actin a fool

I have the power control widget on my phone and I only use it for gps, wifi, and brightness. I keep everything off completely except wifi at home and I turn up the brightness when I need to. I've noticed lately that if I hit the gps or wifi button to turn it off or on, it turns the brightness on too. I then have to switch the brightness back to off. Its not a big deal but I've noticed it since the update and I was just wondering if other people have had this issue?
