    Hi All,

I started charging my phone (Samsung Galaxy S2 GT-i19100p) via a usb port on my PC a couple of weeks ago, and it started smoking after a minute or so, not a good sign. I took it off change and brought it back to the shop as its stil in warranty. They have refused to fix or replace as they say its water damage. My phone has been in water and I've always taken care of it. I've attached pics to see if someone could confirm this is water damage

The damage I think doesn't look like water damage but I can't be sure, I don't know to contest what they say

    Please advise

the board being fried is more or less irrelevant to their stance to not fix it.
there are small indicators in various locations on the phone that change color when wet. if any of these indicate being wet, your warranty is 100% null and void.
