This section isn't really for hat kind of rom....but I recommend you check out droidemu light. It is a pretty good emulator and has a built in rom manager.

definitely the wrong forum BUT it depends on what Pokemon game you wanna play. I have GameBoid or something like that (its a GBC emulator) & my pokemon installed on the SD card and you can play and save from the SD card.
