Plz help

I have motorola raza xt910 and it's current version 4.0.4 i wanna upgrade to 4.2.2
I dont have any experience , please can any help ???????????????

I would recommend downloading the 4.1.2 update first to see if you like that. Go under System Settings->About Phone->System update. If you want to get past 4.1.2 you will need to root your phone. This site has a really good forum for hacking and rooting so I would recommend posting in there to get some further help.
