We can pull the bootloader sure, but unless its signed by moto's private signing keys (which are not in the bootloader, the bootloader only has the public key with it) we cant flash it.

Yeah motorola really did their homework with encrypting the bootloader. Many have tried and have failed. Some have claimed to have gotten close only to come up short. Thankfully vzw gave us a little peace offering DancingNexus.
