Please help!

Currently running Helix1 with 7 screens, but decided to back down to 5. Took all widgets off all screens before doing so. Now getting constant FC, tried pressing home, menu and even did re-boot. Nothing seems to be working. Please Help!!!!

Now after pressing home, I am getting "No recent application" message!

shut the phone off, when turning the phone back on hold down the gold key on the keyboard, hold it until you feel the phone give you a long vibrate during the boot animation, this will boot you into safe mode, go to settings, applications, manage applications and uninstall helix launcher, reboot, install again.

You must have missed a widget or something. Let me know if that works.
