Please help with downloads

Can someone tell me how I can get to my downloads on my phone? I don't mean the apps but when you download something from the web ect.. THANKS

did you even try to figure it out?

You load up a web page and click the options button which is those four lines. Select more and then goto downloads. Not hard..
