playlists from epic to tab

pardon me if this thread is else where but a few glasses of wine in and I dont see it..just picked up a tab... and would love to be able to move my playlists off my epic to my tab with out doing it song by song...anyone have any ideas...both are rooted if that can change the equation in any way.
