Play TBolt videos on my HD TV?

my TV has HDMI in, but no DLNI. Can I do this via a bluetooth device?

There are a few things you could try:

1.) If you have a media device (game console *PS3/360* or a Blu Ray player) you could hook it up via USB, and play the videos that way.
2.) You TV should have USB port, and you may be able to use that for video/picture viewing.

Besides that I don't believe the TB has any sort of video output.

You have to have a media server device for DLNA to work. Turn wifi on, turn on device, they have to be on same network.
LG TV upgrade, Roku streaming media player all work. Turns your TV into a "Smart TV".
