    THIS ^

Some people say it wouldn't help, but compare the iPhone's keyboard to the Droid's. They are largely comparable, but speed on the iPhone's is much better, not because the iPhone's keyboard has bigger buttons or better placement, but because you aren't slowed down by single touch input restraints.

Ok so as a programmer, what area would you start to begin coding dual touch capabilities? I thought this phone only had a single touch plane of x and y?

You can get it in the Dolphin Browser which you can download in the Android Market.

IMO, Dolphin is currently the best browser for the Droid. It's quicker than the default, has improved pinch zoom (in the newest version) and supports tabs which make the browsing experience so much more pleasant. It also has a slick way to bring up frequently used functions. For example, if you want to quickly copy some text on a web page, touch the page and hold, a little semi-circle dialogue box shows up. Choose 'page', then 'select text' from the dialogue box. After that you can then drag your finger over whatever text you want to copy like in the default browser.

Another quick tip: when 'auto hide the tab bar' is selected in options (recommended), double tapping any where on the web page will bring up the tab bar, then double tap to hide the bar again.

BTW. For those wanting to get the latest version, for now, you have to uninstall the previous version and download the newest from the Market. I think the dev is working with Google to solve this issue.

I don't know how many know this, if you open Dolphin now it will prompt you to update and download a new update and Dolphin is now under a new App in the marketplace, so it won't show that in your downloads list but it's much smoother pinch zooming, nearly as good as the iPhone.

I do like Dolphin, it does seem a pinch slower but the one thing that is keeping from it is the icons and the look of the browser isn't high res for the Droid yet so it just looks crappy, anyone know a more high res skin or has anyone thought of making one here?

Agreed, dolphin is a great browser especially since the new update fixed the multitouch. I got one problem with it though... it doesn't show a full zoomed out view when you load a webpage like the default browser. Any way to fix that?
