pictures to computer

I've tried all afternoon and can't figure it out, how do I get pictures from the Incredible to the computer

Plug your Incredible in
Scroll down the notification bar, mount usb
Should be in the DCIM folder

Yah you could do what it says above, or you can use Dropbox. Which allows you to transfer files such as pictures and video from your phone to your computer or from your computer to your phone, and you can do all without ever connecting to a computer.

I plugged the phone into the computer and get a box with 2 options

Install drivers

open folder to view files

when I opened folder there are no pictures, now what

Did you go to or is there a DCIM folder like I told you?

No DCIM folder that I know of. Not in that box anyway

Try installing the drivers and see if that changes anything

You click open folder to view files,then look around in there and it should be in a folder called DCIM, just "open folder to view files" then just search in there, those are the files on your phone.

No folder like that, I'm taking my laptop and phone to the Verizon store and see if they can figure it out. It was a piece of cake on my BB Storm

Did you pull down the notification bar to mount the SD card? I don't recall if the Incredible has additional internal storage or not but I'm betting it needs to be mounted as well before you can view it or the SD card on your PC.
