Pictures messed up

Went into my gallery for my Droid Razr, when I looked, the thumbnails seemed to be fine, but then once I tried to look at the actual picture, the picture was just black. I restarted the phone, same problem. I pulled the SD card out of the phone (where the pictures where stored) and put it on my computer to find that the same issue happens when you look at the pictures on the computer. See picture:

Only part of the image shows up, or not at all. I did a scan on the card to check for errors and found nothing. Did a defrag, and nothing seemed to help.

My main concern is getting the pictures back, but it seems like at this point I am not going to. Any suggestions?

The phone is stock and has 4.1.2 on it.

Happened to me before on a different phone. I was not able to get the pictures back. In my case it was a bad micro SD card.
