Pictures lose resolution

I am really confused right now. At first I was able to either plug phone into computer or removed sd card and copy piks to pc and they would be good to print. Now when I do it they are very low resolution but when I hit info on the pik in the gallery it says like 3.2 mp etc. What could of happened and how can I fix it. Only way I can get them is to upload straight to sight(like walmart.com) which takes forever.

Are these low resolution pictures ones you zoomed in when you took the picture?
