Just to add, the Xoom Wifi has a lot more accessories available, and has been confirmed to receive ICS. The XFE is a nice piece, but it seems like it may have limitations which will keep it from meeting by expectations. I'm returning the XFE for a new 32 Wifi this afternoon. A new Wifi is $100 more than an XFE, and BB has factory refurbs for the same current price as the XFE($399).
