Picasa is interfering with web browser

I don't think I'm imagining things, but Picasa just appeared on my Moto Droid and I never installed it. The other thing is now when I try to open the web browser, Picasa opens to some photo and not one of my pictures. I can no longer access my brower at all. When I go to the application settings to try to un-install, it is not showing up on the list of apps. Help!!!
