Last night I turned off my Droid Bionic. Turned it back on and it started to boot up. Then the screen froze on the droid red eye. It will not turn off, none of the keys seem to work. I've tried taking out the battery and then reinstalling it. It will turn on, then boot up and it still freezes on the red eye.

I don't know what the issue was, but after calling the cell a couple times it cleared itself up. Now it works. Thanks.

remove the battery again and keep it out for at least one minute and then try again.
