Phone upgrade?

My contract is up in May. I have a Droid Bionic. What is a good phone to upgrade to or wait for?

I would wait for the S4 or HTC ONE, depending on the current condition of your Bionic. Mine works wonderfully so I have no issues waiting for a phone. If your Bionic is on her last legs, you have a couple of options.

Galaxy S3
Nexus 4
Note 2
RAZR maxx

As I said earlier, if your bionic is still working perfectly fine, I would wait until your carrier gets the HTC One or the S4.
