Phone that has ultra thin extended battery?

Between the Nexus, Bionic, Rezound, etc do any of them offer a phone with a really thin extended battery?

I want a phone that is light and feels good in my hand - but it seems like almost ALL of these phones require the extended battery.

RAZR MAXX is probably the thinnest with a stock "extended battery".

It depends on your use of the phone really. I have a nexus and never did I once need an extended battery. I am rooted and ROMd though

You're in a pickle :-( any extended battery that will make a difference will require a big casing. Personally id make a sacrifice and go with the maxx if u want thin and extended. Just stop drinking lattees for a month
